After a 20-hour journey with my kids to the kids' recreation center, where they enjoyed playing and coloring, the hotel proved to offer unnecessary overcharged rooms that were not really a sea view as per my booking. However, the service, especially from Jonathan managing events, was very helpful and pleasant. The location in Panjim, the capital of Goa, was wonderful, but could do with a refresh. The dining experience around the dining area during breakfast was delightful with a mix of local and international offerings.

The room provided was advertised as a garden view, but it only had a small garden view with bird droppings and some empty land.
